15. AIBMS Authipay Gateway Fees and Charges
15.1 Fees and Charges
You agree to pay all fees and charges related to your subscription, as well as transaction fees based on all transactions made through the Tenvito platform, together with applicable taxes.
15.2 Debit of Charges
All charges will be debited from the payment method associated with your account, in accordance with the agreement you have signed with us.
15.3 Authipay Credit Card Debits
For users utilizing the AIBMS Authipay gateway, debits will be made from the credit card linked to Authipay. Debits occur at intervals agreed upon at the time of sign-up, typically every 10 calendar days.
15.4 Failed Payments
If a debit fails, we will attempt to collect the payment up to two more times. If payment collection continues to fail, we reserve the right to suspend access to certain features, including e-commerce transactions, until the outstanding balance has been cleared.
