Kurz gesagt
  • Ceapairí has moved from a West Cork food truck to Kitchen Stories on Staball Hill, Ballydehob.
  • Pre-orders mean customers travelling in know their sandwich is waiting, and the kitchen knows what to make.
  • Open Saturdays 12–3, or until they're gone. Order ahead.

Same standards, new address

Ceapairí has moved from a food truck in West Cork to a bricks and mortar home in Ballydehob. Simon is still curing his own meat, still chasing the perfect toasted sandwich, still building a menu that changes every week.

The Reuben remains the anchor. The recipe hasn't changed, and the sourdough still comes from Pike Deli.

What changed is the flow

Ceapairí now runs pre-orders. Customers get certainty. The kitchen gets the space to work properly.

The system has been a game-changer — less food waste, better organisation, and the peace of mind for customers travelling from afar that their sandwich is waiting for them — no sold-out disappointments.

Simon, Ceapairí, speaking to West Cork People

Less guesswork. Better organisation. More sandwiches, ready when they should be.

  1. The customer orders ahead from the Ceapairí shop.
  2. Simon sees Saturday's list before the grill goes on.
  3. The sandwich is waiting at collection.

Heading west? Plan ahead
