GloriaFood is switching off.

On 30 April 2027, GloriaFood goes dark. Oracle, which bought it in 2021, has closed new sign-ups and is retiring it. After that date, your menu, your order history and your customer list can’t be reached.

GloriaFood was genuinely good. Free online ordering, simple to set up, and plenty of independents built their direct orders on it.

First, save everything

• Your menu: items, prices, photos and descriptions.
• Your customer contacts.
• Your order history.
• Screenshots of your current online menu.

Do it now, even if you’re not ready to move. Once it’s switched off, it’s gone.

Then, choose somewhere this won’t happen again

Three questions worth asking any replacement:

1. 01Who owns the customer list? It should be you, exportable any time.
2. 02Who owns the company? A product inside a bigger company can be switched off in a portfolio review.
3. 03What does it really cost a month? Add up payments, promotions and add-ons, not just the headline.
