Service — €29 / month, 2.9% per order
In full service, and the one most chosen. You’ve found your feet. Orders are steady — now the rate works harder for you. Everything in Open — a full point cheaper on every order. 7-day free trial.
House — POA, priced to your volume
The full house. More than one address. A team. A name people know. Let’s price it around you. Everything in Service — plus a rate built for your numbers.
No contract. Change plans whenever you like. Stripe’s fees sit on top — the same on every plan.

Keep what you charge.
Some platforms quietly add their own fee to your customers' orders and pocket it. We don’t. Switch on an optional convenience fee in Tenvito and every cent of it is yours — set it to offset your running costs, or leave it off entirely.
It’s a flat charge on every order, the same for everyone however they pay — so it’s clean, fair, and yours to keep. Either way, we only make money when you do.

What does it cost?
Open is free with 3.9% per order. Service is €29 per month with 2.9% per order and a 7-day trial. House is priced to your volume. Stripe’s card fees sit on top, the same on every plan, and there is no contract on any of them.
Is there a setup fee?
No. You can create your shop, add your products and take your first order without paying anything up front.
When do I get my money?
Payments settle straight to your business account through your payment provider. The money is yours from the moment the customer pays — it is not held in a wallet you have to withdraw from.
Can I cancel?
Any time. There is no contract term on any of the plans, so you can move back to the free plan or stop entirely without a notice period.
Which plan should I start on?
Start free. Once you can see your monthly order volume in the dashboard, Service pays for itself at the point where the saved transaction fees exceed €29. Cosmo can do that sum for you with your real numbers.
