Getting started
We did the thinking.
So you can get going.
Sign up. Confirm. Set up. Go live.
Step one
Make your account.
One form. One email to confirm. You’re in.
Your business name and the email address we send the confirmation to. That is the whole form.
One click on the link in that email and you land straight in your dashboard.
Step two
Follow the rails.
Seven steps. Next one always visible. Won’t let you wander. The Setup Guide sits at the top left of your dashboard, and a smaller guide in the bottom right shows how far along you are and takes you to any step.
- Who you are — your business details, under Account → Details.
- Something to sell — add what you sell, under Settings → Products.
- How to order — group your products into menus under Settings → Menus, and set up tables, locations or areas if you use them.
- When to order — set your ordering and service times inside the menu they belong to.
- Get paid — connect Stripe Standard under Account → Get Paid.
- Shop style — choose how your storefront looks under Website → General Settings — Website Mode, Brand for your logo and colours, Social Links for your accounts.
- Open for orders — the last step in the Setup Guide. Publish your site and you are trading.
Up and selling in less than 15 minutes
No wrong moves
Nothing goes live until you publish.
You can go back and change anything while you are setting up. Your shop stays private until the final step, so there is no way to accidentally put a half-finished page in front of a customer.
If the publish button is not available yet, it means one of the seven steps is still incomplete. Open the Setup Guide and it will show you which one.
Cosmo
Always on.
Any language.
Setup, orders, settings, anything you haven’t found yet — tap the Cosmo chat in the corner. On every page, in any language, any time.
Cosmo knows where you are in the Setup Guide. Ask it what to do next and it will take you to the step you have not finished, with the exact place in the dashboard to go.
And if you’d rather talk to a person, we’re here too.
Getting started
The questions everyone asks first.
How long does it really take?
Around 15 minutes for a straightforward shop. There are seven steps and the Setup Guide keeps the next one in front of you. It takes longer if you have a big product list with photos — but you can open for orders with five products and add the rest later.
Do I need a developer?
No. All seven setup steps are done through the dashboard by filling in forms. If you can post to Instagram, you can set up a Tenvito shop.
Do I have to change my till?
No. Tenvito sits alongside whatever you already use. Orders arrive on a screen, a tablet or a printed ticket — your existing counter setup stays exactly as it is.
Do my customers need an app?
No app. No account. They tap a link or scan a QR code, choose their order, and pay with Apple Pay or card. The whole thing takes under a minute on any phone.
What if I set something up wrong?
You can change any of it. Nothing your customers can see goes live until you publish at the final step, so you are free to go back through the Setup Guide and edit as much as you like before then.
What if I get stuck?
Cosmo is on every page of the dashboard, in any language, and answers in plain words. If you would rather talk to a person, the team is one message away.
Can I try it before I commit?
Yes. The free plan has no monthly fee — you only pay a small transaction fee when a customer pays you. There is no contract, so nothing to get out of.
