How it works
Customer orders on their phone.
It lands on your kitchen ticket.
Customer orders
Your kitchen sees it instantly
Why generic platforms fall short
Built for parcels.
Not for pizza nights.
Most online tools were built for general retail. They don't know about slot capacity, half-and-half pizzas, 7:30 cut-offs or kitchen tickets that print as orders land. The big aggregators take up to 30% — and they don't know your customer's name either.
Tenvito is the order book your kitchen actually uses. Pre-paid orders into your own store. Tickets to your own printer. Customer list to your own database. You keep what's yours.
Slot capacity
Set how many pizzas the oven can handle per 15-min window. Orders auto-spread.
Custom toppings
Half-and-half. Extras. Allergens. Notes field on every product, captured cleanly.
Kitchen tickets
Print straight from the dashboard. Name, items, slot, paid. Onto the rail.
Cut-off windows
Stop new orders 20, 40, 60 minutes before the slot. The kitchen breathes.
One link, every channel
Your order page.
Everywhere it needs to be.
One order page. Put it wherever your customers already find you — your website, your Instagram bio, a WhatsApp message, a QR code on the counter, an SMS to your regulars. Every order arrives in the same dashboard, ready for the kitchen.
Same order. Every surface.
Every big rush
Every peak night.
Already planned.
Friday and Saturday. Champions League nights. Six Nations weekends. Office Christmas parties. Festivals on the green. Every rush you can see coming — and every one you can't — already booked into the dashboard, slot by slot.
Pre-orders fill the diary before the phone rings. The kitchen knows the night's shape before the dough goes in.
Friday & Saturday rush
Slot the night in advance. Kitchen knows what's coming before service.
Football & match nights
Champions League, Six Nations, Premier League. Pre-orders book the spike.
Office parties & catering
Twenty-pizza lunches. Captured cleanly. No WhatsApp threads to translate.
Festivals & community events
Pop-up nights, GAA finals, neighbourhood markets. One link, every event.
Printed kitchen tickets
Every order.
Onto the rail.
Each order prints a kitchen ticket the moment it lands — name, items, slot time, paid status. Onto the rail. The pizzaiolo works the order, not the screen.
Works from your phone, your tablet, your computer, or a Sunmi handheld. Connect any compatible printer and it's live.

In the wild
From phone chaos
to never looking back.
Paddy's Pizza Pies is a wood-fired pizza truck pitched at Kinsealy Business Park, north Dublin. Ten-inch Neapolitan pies, fired Friday and Saturday from 5pm. The finest Irish and Italian ingredients, made by hand, served from the side of the truck.
Orders land pre-paid through Tenvito before the oven's lit. The truck knows what's coming, the regulars know when to arrive, and the pizzaiolo works the dough — not the till.

You're probably thinking…
How long does it take to get started?
Do my customers need an app?
Can I set quantity limits on pizzas?
Can customers order half-and-half pizzas?
Can I cap kitchen capacity per slot?
My regulars just call. Do I really need this?
My customers aren't tech-savvy.
I'm a small kitchen. Is this overkill?
I tried Shopify and it didn't work.
