Moving from GloriaFood

GloriaFood switches off
on 30 April 2027.

Oracle is retiring it, and nothing is kept after that date: not your menu, not your customer list, not your order history. Move now, on your own schedule, and don’t miss an order on the way.

No monthly fee on Open. No contract.

Cosmo does the rest.

Why now

The deadline is fixed.
The rush isn’t here yet.

GloriaFood has closed new sign-ups and shuts down on 30 April 2027. After that, menus, customer lists, order history and delivery zones can’t be reached.

Thousands of businesses will move in the last few months. Moving early means you set up and switch when it suits you, not in a panic in April.

Before you go

What to save from GloriaFood.

There’s no full automatic export, so save what you can by hand from your GloriaFood dashboard. What’s on offer depends on your plan. Do it now, even if you’re not ready to move.

Your menu

Items, prices, options and photos. Export it if your dashboard offers it, and take screenshots either way: Cosmo builds your Tenvito shop from a screenshot.

Your customer list

Names and contact details of the people who order from you, where your plan lets you export them. These are your regulars. Don’t lose them.

Your order history

Download your order reports as files. Handy for your accounts, and for knowing what sells when.

Your settings

Opening hours, delivery zones and fees, collection times. Screenshot them so you can set them up the same way.

The move

Three steps.
No gap in your orders.

Your draft shop takes about a minute with Cosmo. Then make it yours, connect payments and tell your customers where to order.

  1. Screenshot your menu into Cosmo. — Cosmo reads it and builds a draft shop in about a minute. Check the items and prices, and change anything.
  2. Set it up the way you work. — Collection times, cut-offs, delivery zones and payments. Cosmo walks you through it, or do it step by step yourself.
  3. Update your links. — Google Business Profile, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp. Your new ordering link is Tenvito.

Questions worth asking

Moving from GloriaFood: your questions.

When is GloriaFood shutting down?

GloriaFood shuts down on 30 April 2027. Oracle, which bought it in June 2021, is retiring the product and has closed new sign-ups. After that date, menus, customer lists, order history and settings can no longer be reached, so export what you need before then.

What can I export from GloriaFood?

There is no full automatic export from GloriaFood. From your dashboard you can save menu items, order reports and, depending on your plan, a basic customer list. Take screenshots of your menu and settings too. A screenshot of your menu is all Tenvito’s Cosmo needs to build your new shop.

How long does it take to move from GloriaFood to Tenvito?

Cosmo builds a draft Tenvito shop from a screenshot of your menu in about a minute. Then you check it, set your collection times and connect payments, and you can start taking orders as soon as you publish.

Is Tenvito a free replacement for GloriaFood?

Tenvito’s Open plan has no monthly fee and no contract. You pay 3.9% on each order a customer pays for, plus card fees. The Service plan is €29 a month with 2.9% per order and a 7-day trial. For most businesses that used GloriaFood’s free ordering plus its paid online payments, Tenvito costs about the same or less, without an end date.

Can I keep my GloriaFood customers?

Yes, if you export your customer list from GloriaFood before 30 April 2027 and tell your regulars where to order now. Update the ordering link on your Google Business Profile, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp to your new Tenvito shop.

Does Tenvito do table reservations like GloriaFood?

Tenvito is built for ordering: collection, delivery, time slots and pre-orders. If table reservations were your main use of GloriaFood, pair Tenvito with a dedicated reservations tool.

Does Tenvito handle more than one location?

Yes. Tenvito suits single sites and small groups of up to about three locations. Chains with five or more sites and a head office usually need a different toolset.

GloriaFood ends.
Your orders don’t.
